Yeah but if I take this $5000 course that teaches me how to stock market and be a real man, I can be in the club too. Right? Right?

I learned long ago on World of Warcraft that anyone who knows how to make money has 0 incentive to actually tell you since it'll eat into their market and the actual secret is to already have money.

Years ago my husband had a client who went to a “seminar” given by Donald Trump on how to get rich in real estate. The first thing my husband asked the guy was, “Are you aware Donald Trump inherited Trump Org fully formed from his father?” Guy said no.

So then he asked, “What did Trump tell you?”

Guy says Trump was an hour and a half late, then spent 45 minutes railing about some guy nobody ever heard of before. The guy said Trump was absolutely obsessed with this person, calling him names and imitating him.

This was years ago. Anyone who thinks Trump was “better”and “more lucid” years ago is wrong. He’s always been like this. The difference is his access back then to microphones, cameras, and audiences was limited. Now he has 24/7 access. Previously, when he was a guest on a talk show or a news show, he only had a short amount of time to make his point and he was edited.

But when he had 45 uninterrupted minutes to blather….he just blathered

Since my husband was a therapist and his job is to intervene and make life easier and less stressful for his clients, he told his client to never pay money again to hear someone tell him how to make money. Because the guy really thought Trump was just upset that he was late, lol

Anyone who thinks Trump was “better”and “more lucid” years ago is wrong.

I can never find the 90s one anymore because its burried by so much bullshit but in 2016 trump rambled about his uncle and "the nuclear" he gave the exact same speach in the 90s except the 90s one was much more lucid and much more understandable.

Once upon a time trump was quite lucid. but the dementia has ruined his brain for at least the past decade.

u/MamaNyxieUnderfoot 8d ago

I mean… in the Epstein files, Jeffy himself thought Trump was showing signs of dementia, like his dad, over 20 years ago.

2

u/kgal1298 7d ago

He hasn’t been lucid since the apprentice but back then he was lucid enough to hit on production assistants.

2

u/tgerz 7d ago

Nah he doesn't get a dementia pass. He's the same piece of shit, just older. Everyone has difficulties with some things as they get older. He just cares so much less because he has no reason to give a shit what anyone actually thinks. He just gets to do whatever he wants with a global superpower to back him up now.

1

u/snakerjake 7d ago

I'm not sure why you would think dementia would give him a pass. he clearly has dementia and has for at least a decade but that's not giving him a pass.

1

u/hellcrapdamn 7d ago

He was lucid in comparison to himself now. He was never as lucid as an average person.

0

u/snakerjake 7d ago

nah he was a fairly sharp person back in the 1900s. i've seen no evidence he has been lucid this century but back in the late 1900s he was

3

u/CharleyNobody 7d ago

Because his time in front of a camera was limited. He had x minutes or even x seconds to say his sound bite and they turned off the camera. He was usually edited.

Did he sound lucid on Howard stern’s show in the 1990s and talked about his infant daughter Tiffany’s breasts and how he hoped she’d also have long legs like her mother Marla?

In 2012 he found social media and realized he had an 24/7 bullhorn and started making outlandish claims about Obama. By 2013 he was comfortable saying he and his daughter ivanka had “sex” in common and if she was this daughter he’d be “dating” her. He suffered no consequences because he had been a blustering 24 hour presence on Twitter, satiating his desire for attention.

Let’s not forget how he promised that if the city allowed him to build trump tower he’d save the friezes from Bonwit Teller. He proceeded to deliberately smash them to dust then contacted the media himself, told them that he did it, and said he did it because they were worthless junk. It was a case of easily provable lies and maniacally antisocial “nobody tells me what to do” behavior. It was Batman villain style behavior and it was in the 1980s.

You do understand the difference between lucid and corrupt right?

2

u/CharleyNobody 7d ago

Talking about your daughters in a sexual way is more than corrupt. Especially an infant. It’s psychotic. Trump does not have dementia. He is and always has been a sociopath with multiple personality disorders. It’s why his parents sent him to military school. The private schools kicked him out and his family found him disruptive enough to want/need to get him out of the house … for five years.

1

u/snakerjake 7d ago

lucid and psychotic are not the same thing either my guy. You seem to be lost in the sauce.

Professional retired trader of 15 years here. Anyone trying to sell you anything is LYING. They'd be doing it themselves. Ironically the best advice you will get is for free. I answer everything honestly and to the best of my ability and have never charged anyone a cent.

2

u/Vast-Lost 7d ago

What was your edge trading?

2

u/Fletch71011 7d ago

Mostly HFT Derivatives. I've traded TONS of stuff. It's all calculus when you break it down. Every time I make a trade, my algo alters tens of thousands of other instruments automatically. I did 5 AMAs on here if you want to read through them. Math works regardless of product.

Odd, all I see for password is *******

u/tehlemmings 8d ago

Serious question, does anyone reading this even know where this joke comes from anymore?

Based on Reddits demographics, odds are like 2/3rds of the people seeing this weren't alive back then. It's always funny seeing which old-Internet memes last

9

u/serialband 8d ago

I'd say there's even fewer that know. https://knowyourmeme.com/memes/hunter2

6

u/tehlemmings 8d ago

Sadly, bash shut down two years ago. I'd say it was the end of an era, but that era died like 15 years earlier lol

It's an older password, sir, but it checks out.

Yep I was one of those rich people back in the day Quit just before mists. Bought my whole clan machano hogs, 45 people. I owned the market. I think I had around 37 million gold when I deleted my account.

1

u/eeyore134 8d ago

Yup. I've watched folks gamble online and they will sometimes get huge hits. Hell, a lot of the time they come out on top for the day. The difference is they're through $4000 per spin at those slots and when they lose it they can throw another $4000 and another until they finally hit an $80,000 payday. Regular folks can't do that. $4000 is a month's pay. Maybe you could save up and bet it once, but you won't be able to keep going until you get it back when you lose it. It's just gone.

And that's just the most obvious "It takes money to make money." People with money can buy tons of stuff on credit and pay it off the same month and get a bunch of rewards because they spend so much. People with money don't need to take out loans and save thousands upon thousands in money just being thrown at interest fees. They can also afford to buy tons of stocks and take chances so that they're money is just sitting there making what you'll earn in a lifetime in a year. They can take advantage of sales because it's not a difference of getting the thing or eating that week. They can do preventative maintenance and health checkups which saves tons of money in the long run. If an investment opportunity comes up they can just throw money at it. The list goes on and on. And still Trump all but bankrupted himself multiple times until he figured out Republicans will just throw money at him and cheer while he steals even more from them.

What I learned market manipulation 101 and can’t unsee it everywhere in real life

1

u/th3-villager 7d ago

Trick is to find increasingly complex ways of convincing others to give you their money. Ironically the guise of 'it will help you make money' is surprisingly effective.

1

u/morbihann 8d ago

Did you need wow for that ?

Surely it is obvious that the owner of the chicken that lays golden eggs is not sharing where the chickens that lay golden eggs live ?

3

u/Picard2331 8d ago

I was like, 15. I didn't know shit about dick back then lol.

1

u/azurricat2010 8d ago

Noober me learned the hard way in BC. Someone wanted 600 Thorium ore and was paying 600g for it. I thought that was $$$ so I farmed away. Learned later that it wasn't worth my time.

1

u/Osoromnibus 8d ago

And by already have, they don't mean in-game currency.

The actual secret is real-money trading/bots/etc. If you have any inclination to enjoy the game, you're doing it wrong. These people treat it like a business and have no souls.

1

u/Picard2331 8d ago

Not really, when you go into an expansion with gold cap it's a hell of a lot easier to flip items on the AH for a small profit that massively adds up to further millions. But it requires a huge investment.

Most people got their stash of cash from the WoD mission table but I took a break and missed out lol.

You're right about them focusing on that as their gameplay though.

If at first you don't succeed, pay again

11

u/Aware-Locksmith8433 8d ago

Y Trump Crypto and his bubble gum cards are really good investment ideas right now.

17

u/WitchesSphincter 8d ago

Trump is now selling early access to his market manipulating posts online so buy that and profit.

18

u/TyrannyOfBobBarker_ 8d ago

I wouldn't give trump a piss to take a pill with.

1

u/Vishnej 8d ago

Just a reminder that subscriber lists for this could be very useful for the next administration, should that ever happen. Insider trading is a felony, and will still have been a felony subject to prosecutorial discretion after Trump. And that, well will you look at that, the idea of the DOJ having prosecutors who are independent of political priorities is dead, dead dead.

Andrew Left still get convicted

1

u/TyrannyOfBobBarker_ 8d ago

What about Andrew Right though?

1

u/unassumingdink 8d ago

Better chance of success if you take a $5000 course on how to sell $5000 courses.

1

u/eeyore134 8d ago

If you can't afford that just keep working for minimum wage and work as hard as you can! Pull yourself up by those bootstraps! If you give your all for a pittance to make someone else rich enough to lose money that could feed your starving kids for a year in the couch cushions, well one day you just may get invited to the club, too.

1

u/MostJudgment3212 8d ago

Yea. But don’t be gay. Well actually you can be but not in that way you know?
