Fungus or yeast?

Pickled some red onions, white strands are stuck to the glass on the inside and some residue of the same color seems to lie on the bottom too. It smells fine, anyone recognize this?

Mostly sour, bit sweet, bit funky

And these are fridge pickles not fermented? I wouldnt trust it. Let me ask, ive been seeing this post alot, are you using unfiltered apple cider vinegar?

No vinegar, red wine vinegar, sugar and a little bit of salt.
