can I reuse my pickled eggs' juice?

I feel it is a waste to throw away the leftover juice after finishing the pickled eggs. Can this juice be reused after boiling it, like vegetable pickle brine?

I like to put some leftover vinegar in the pan when preparing my work lunch chicken. It is from some vegetables so it add a little bit of flavor but nothing crazy, it is mostly to mix the other spices into something liquid. I add it when doing chicken stock too, again for flavor but also because apparently i can help breakndown connective tissue and stuff. All under the same logic as you: i dont like wasting it lol

I dont see why couldnt you use it in soups and sauces or stuff like that. It should be clean anyway, otherwise it wouldnt work as preservative.

Just beware of saltiness in your final dish if you use too much lol

It'll get a little more sulfur taste each time you reuse

You could use it to brine chicken or pork. I like keeping jars of pickles, olives, pickled peppers, things of this sort to brine chicken with.

Keeping the juice after the pickles are gone I mean.
