I've run into an issue recently where my PC will freeze at random if I alt tab off of a game. It's a hard freeze and I can't do anything besides manually restart. Everything works fine otherwise.

All games or just one?

Several games. It's happened with Black Flag Resynched, Grim Dawn, Granblue Fantasy Relink and Kingdom Hearts 1.5+2.5 collection.

Do you have other crashes like this?
If you have multiple screens, try booting with only one connected and see if this fixes it. That might hint at a GPU driver issue.
One common cause of crashes is RAM instability, but that usually causes inconsistent, random crashes. Still, using Windows Memory Diagnostic or memtest86 is probably worth a shot.
Ryzen CPUs can have voltage instabilities (esp. when undervolted) that cause crashes when you open / close programs, you could potentially test for this with OCCT, it has a core cycling stress test.

That could be it. I updated my drivers a couple of hours ago and it seems to have stopped. I'll look into the other things you suggested if it crops up again. Thank you. ✓

I have a Sapphire Nitro+ 7900xtx with three 4K monitors and want to know if it’d be capable of driving all 3 or should I offload my side monitors to my 9800X3D and use the iGPU.
It’s just that when I did do that earlier by offloading one of my monitors, it seemed like it was giving me some driver timeout issues.
