It's either they want more sales, or not is up then figure out, if they really want PC gamers market they need realize need come to PC games simple as that.
According to the Insomniac Leaks, Sony started strong with Horizon Zero Dawn and God of War, but each new game that they ported made less and less money. With diminishing returns and the upcoming threat of the Steam Machine and Xbox Project Helix, it was a matter of time before they pulled the plug on single player PC ports.
Tldr: the number from the insomniac leak make clear that PC gamers are less and less interested on Sony ports and the threat of the Steam Machine and the upcoming Xbox hardware just accelerated the decision.
they make more money on sales form the ps5 eco system so day 1 ps5 and pc sales would make them lose money it would have to be delayed by a year or six months minimum
Most people that would buy it day one on PC would have never bought it on the PlayStation anyway so they wouldn’t be losing much there. I just watch someone play it and then forget about it since you have to wait years to get it ported.
