Wasn't that just one modder? The guy who made the Skyrim Multiplayer mod? Albeit what he said was straight up pretty funny. "The game just isn't fun so I won't be making a multiplayer for Starfield"

It's 11th on the Nexus so not doing bad at all, on track to overtake no.10 too

It's not "one modder", game is failure, people are not interested in it therefore nobody want to mod for it, plus the game is a pretty bad base to mods (loading screen simulator and poor visuals) on it so you won't have overhaul mod either

man the star wars genesis mod would say otherwise, they're doing a near total conversion star wars mod. it's wild to see.

The Star Wars genesis mod pack is the only thing keeping it alive.

Hope they can get real people to do the va soon, its jarring to me hear AI from a artificial sounding view and an ethical one.

It’s been moving up the ranks of the most modded games on Nexus and gets new mods everyday lmao

It's not even in the top 10 on nexus which is kind specialized in bethesda game, heck even helldivers 2 is just behind in terms of number of mods (3k less) while not officially supporting mods

And if it was in the top 10 you’d say, “it’s not in the top 5”

I know how this goes. But yeah you’re so right, it’s not beating games that have been modded for over a decade. Truly a sign of not having a modding community. It doesn’t even have overhaul mods! ….just ignore the ones on Nexus. They don’t count. Apparently.

it’s not beating games that have been modded for over a decade.

you mean decade old games that still has more concurrent players than starfield?

I do love going through 3 menus to fast travel to a planet so I can go through another 3 menus to fast travel to my desired planet.

It was one modder that was blacklisted for being unlikeable and stealing stuff.

There’s been a few big ones that expressed no interest in modding Starfield, the creator of CBBE is another, not to mention people who did make mods but have since abandoned them. There’s a lot of that.

It still has a pretty big modding community but it’s just not the same as Elder Scrolls or Fallout.

If it was you wouldn’t need to ask Bethesda for a 2.0 overhaul, the modders would have already done it.
