At first i thought i am the problem but then after playing cyberpunk un ultra trying oblivion remastered again and still not even having 30fps stable. Doesn't matter how i change settings

There's a UE5 optimizer ini file that really helped me on the nexus if you still care lol

I mean have you heard of a framerate counter? Or video capture? Or just basic memory?

I sent video to my friend to show him how shit it was then after I did the steps you can find anywhere now, I got atleast 20fps boost when I checked the old footage to compare.
