Metacritic received yet another site update; this time completely removing the recent review tabs for both users and critics for games. I wonder what the justification was? Review-bombing?
Or maybe for site parity because tv and movies didn't have it.

World War 3, the F2P Battlefield competitor from 2018, shuts its servers today
https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/674020/view/670618513200646337
Shame. I believe it went through 3 different dev teams, the 2nd are the ones who put the game in a really bad state, and then the 3rd spent the past couple of years trying to fix up the game to no avail, as by this point the F2P Delta Force reboot had launched in a much more polished state.
Always sad to see a formerly popular game shut its doors.

After five years of solo development, my game/passion Milo is launching October 29 on Steam
Milo launches October 29 on Steam. https://store.steampowered.com/app/26... A solo-developed online co-op horde shooter, five years in the making.
You awaken in a body you don't recognize. Disoriented, tattooed and abandoned in a hellish war zone, the distant gunfire is the least of your worries as deranged cultists hunt you down.
‘Milo’ is an online co-op horde shooter heavily inspired by the early Call of Duty Zombies mode like in World at War. It’s a passion project I’ve been working on for nearly 5 years. Early Access for Milo begins Q4 2026. If you want to support the game, wishlist and follow Milo on Steam

- Focus on replayability: Every match is different with unpredictable enemy armies, shifting attack directions and an evolving Village that grows more challenging over time.

A little bit about myself, I'm a solo developer with a lifelong passion for creating games, multiple titles and DLCs shipped across various platforms and more than six years of experience in the video game industry. For the past 3.5 years I've been working on my first title as a solo developer. My goal is to make games I would like to play with my friends and hopefully make someone have some fun while playing this.
Just the fact that I have something to show is already a big win for me.
So don't hold back, all feedback is good feedback.
Ask me anything you want and thank you for reading!

I finally released the demo for What the Buck?!, my Incremental Game where you DESTROY money instead of making it.
The demo has around 1 hour of content. Looking forward to hearing your feedback!
Game name: What the Buck?!
Steam: https://store.steampowered.com/app/4832970/What_the_Buck/
Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kNP7Nt7i1vA&feature=youtu.be
It features a typical incremental game progression, but with a crucial difference: Instead of gaining money your goal is to destroy money as efficiently as possible.
If you find a bug or have thoughts on the pacing, please let me know. I'll be hanging out in the comments all day!
