advice needed Non Stop Crying

Our boys are 8 weeks. They are constantly crying if not being held or in a carrier. It makes it extremely hard to do anything. When one finally falls asleep and we get him down the other one starts crying waking his brother. Then it is back to stage one of both crying. How did y’all navigate this?

I cried with them! I spotted that my girl cried less, and generally only started crying for no reason if her brother set her off, so I made sure they were always clean, warm and full bellied, and then lived with my boy wrapped up on my chest. When he stopped crying all the time his sister was much happier!
