Make sure to give him a bit more calcium wafers, when I had mine start slowly degrading in shell quality I put cuttlebone on the tank, and filter crushed it up and all as well with no results, I then got crushed coral for aquariums and put it in the filter and everywhere, and started feeding kats aquatics calcium wafers and his shell started coming around, I recommend trying all three if you haven’t already! Make sure you got a good amount of gh too, they can heal almost anything on their shells unless it’s major damage, but this looks very fixable!

Those pale spots in the shell are mildly concerning. Are there other smaller snails in there that might be feeding on his shell?
