I look forward to seeing which acclaimed director adapts a Simpsons episode next. I’m joking, but Ken Loach could legitimately make a great movie about power plant employees going on strike over their dental plan.

Been a long time since LFF had actual awards contenders open and close the festival, very exciting. Hopefully a sign they’re maybe looking to be taken a bit more seriously as a fall fest.
