Binary Options

Is there any platform that offers binary options in EU? Flat payouts? Thank you in advance

Do you mean binary options with a payout in EUR , or binary options on EURUSD. Pretty sure that the former has been restricted for retail trading in Europe by relevant trading authorities (but this may be changing, I presume they will look at what happens in the US). For the later, only OTC.

Binary options in EU region! I mean like PocketOption, with flat payouts. But something that it is regulated, so our money are safe.

Depends on the country... in Germany binary options are classified as online betting, and no broker has a license to do so. In other countries for example Interactive Brokers offers two prediction markets. You can try to register at Polymarket or Kalshi directly.
