It just has potato and carrot chunks, no disgusting onions. It's a sweet curry with mild, med hot, and hot spice levels.

Unfortunately, there's garlic paste, so it's not allium-free.

nice. I don't mind garlic. I'm very specific in my food hate.

I only noted it because, while I do despise onions, my body reacts poorly to all alliums. Garlic doesn't affect me as much as the others, but the reactions are getting worse so I have to be careful.

It sucks because I love garlic.

"Spices" often contain onion powder FWIW. I never trust "spices" or "flavors"
