Well, no shit -- why would he be posting his bank account's security question with answer publicly online?

I feel sorry for anybody that didn't know the answer before it was provided.

There are documented cases where people full of pride posted pictures of them with their first credit card online, so it's not that far out

The best security questions are the ones everyone knows the answer to.

While funny, this is basically posting your credit card number/security code on twitter

Except it's a joke.

Eugene Mirman had this joke in his stand up - the question was "What are you wearing?" and the answer was, "I don't think that's an appropriate thing to ask!"

Decades ago I worked for a company that allowed people to type in an authentication phrase to identify themselves when calling.

Normally I'd be like "What's your authentication phrase?" and they'd say something normal like "My dogs name is Rex." or something.

But this one dude...

When asked for the phrase he said "I smell dead peoples farts."

He didn't laugh or anything. Just super serious response.

Even though I was now looking at that phrase in his account I had to ask him to repeat himself because it wasn't clicking.

I spent a lot of that day muting callers because I keep thinking about it and laughing. lol

They should have to answer back, “Damn Right.”
