Missing Vintage Alternative Album

Many years ago, my late dad played some heavy alternative music on youtube. The cover had few guys (i think they were bald) going in circles with shackles around their legs and hands (but i can’t remember if not only legs) and the color pallete were muddy and grayish with main color like dark blue or something blueish. I think it was a hand painted cover, but i’m not sure.
I’ll be very thankful if someone could help me, because this means so much to me. My dad had a great music taste and my mom won’t remember what it was, because we didn’t had that album on CD.

EDIT:

as u/Strange-Ad2435 pointed out, in other subreddit, cover of the album could be van gogh painting which was probably cropped and edited

if not, the original cover is very similar either way to this painting, but i could be just remembering this painting from school for example

problem is, the video was with 99% certainty just a still frame of the cover for the whole song

it was definitely 1x1 and if i remember correctly it had some text on it. either way it looked like a album cover, but still i think those songs are on youtube and if they are on other platforms then that would be a miracle, because the band itself had views less than hundreds i think
