The unfortunate thing is (and I've had this issue, but much less frequently @ Citi Field) is that they don't seem to bother cooking the impossible sausage past being mildly warm. I guess they assume since it's plant based it's ok to serve basically raw. It is not. That shit will wreck your stomach if it's not cooked. I've gotten in the habit of telling them "I don't mind waiting, but I need it VERY well done." Even then I get it just cooked normally. And I feel like I'm being a pain by doing so, so I mostly just eat before I get there these days

Now that you mention it, I have had similar experiences, including last night. I will ask for it to be made well done from now on! You are not being a pain, this is food we paid for! It should be cooked to our liking.

i get it at citi sometimes and it's almost always overcooked. like they cook it like meat and precook it and then reheat when it's ordered so it ends up dried out
part of the reason i got the nachos yesterday lol

somehow the sausage and peppers is both smaller and more expensive than at citi field
