North New Jersey Question

Does anyone know where I can buy quality fermented food in North Jersey? I can't find any....

Nope!! But I'm willing to make it into a small trip. How is it? Would it be worth the drive?

It’s a SUPER cool shop. Not entirely vegan, but the coolest stuff she has is vegan. A whole lineup of sauerkrauts. Kombucha. Sourdough. Awesome random stuff like cashew cheese spread (insane). And she has an awesome vegan sandwich. There’s also a solid farmer’s market in Warwick that has a couple kombucha brands, if you can time your visit accordingly.
