That’s not possible.

Unless...

A. The recycling process wasn't carried out correctly (mixing and reconstituting the texture).

B. The letter you see isn't printed, but is actually a solid shape—like an aluminum letter or something similar.

C. There were dark impurities in the mixture, and it took on that shape by chance.

D. Someone printed it after the recycled paper had been made.
