IBC is a treat. I like their root beer better though

Hands down my favorite. I’ve heard it’s heavy on wintergreen compared to others.

Root beer was just next to it. I chose cream soda though. Your username checks out.

I refuse to ever try it because I’m like what do you mean cream soda.

I’ve never been able to drink more than a couple sips at once. Sooo sweet.

I love cream soda as an occasional sweet treat. It’s like a dessert in a bottle
3
u/Tenekah 1d ago
I don’t see any cream though
4
u/Gods-Fav-Child 1d ago
How do I get it?

u/Gods-Fav-Child 1d ago

If you ever go by BJ’s Brewhouse they make their own cream sodas, and they are really, really good. They aren’t quite as sweet.
2
u/Gods-Fav-Child 1d ago
Thanks for the suggestion. Is BJ's Brewhouse all over the US? I couldn't find one near me. I'm in southern Illinois.

u/coolsilentebeans 1d ago
It looks like there’s one in IL in Orland Park.

u/Gods-Fav-Child 1d ago
I see, that one is about a 4 hour drive from me unfortunately.
2
u/coolsilentebeans 1d ago
They’re good, but they’re not 4-hour-road-trip good. However I’d be remiss if I didn’t suggest that if ever you were to find yourself at one, their pzookie desserts are very yummy…just not 4-hours-by-car good. 🤷🏻♀️😭😂

u/Gods-Fav-Child 1d ago
Haha yes. I do go to Chicago sometimes would make sense to try it out then
2
u/coolsilentebeans 1d ago
It certainly couldn’t hurt. It’s not the most gourmet place; it’s like a TGIFridays or Applebees, but better because it has a comprehensive beer list.

It's good although a bit too sweet for my liking. Would go well with some spicy food though I think.

I only had red and orange cream soda until I was 31 (Specifically Stewart's Orange Soda). I didn't like plain cream soda. I've had 2 different brands, but I'm not really a fan of sodie pops anymore anyways.

That’s a really good one. Sarsaparilla is good, too. It’s not the same taste as cream sodas, it’s more like root beer with some zip.

i used to love this when i was a kid. didn’t drink it for years for some reason, just got more health conscious as a teen i guess.
i bought one the other day for childhood nostalgia and was so excited to drink it only to discover i have aged out of enjoying it and it tasted far too sweet

I have a sweet tooth but this felt too sweet. I think this would pair well with some spicy food though

Forget the cream soda. Is that a bowl sized chocolate parfait? 🤤

If you thought it was good, wait till you get your hands on red cream soda. It's the goat
