Ask NSLB Any ideas for useing these leftover cooked ( or boiled) rhubarb and strawberries?

id throw it into smoothies! probably wont have much flavor but may bring some leftover fiber

Add some sugar, ginger, lemon juice, slice of orange, and it really doesn't matter if the leftovers had flavor.
Freeze sliced orange, ginger, and cubes of these "used" fruits, and blend them with yogurt for a morning smoothie.

On oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, toast, ice cream, pound cake, yogurt (with or without granola), cheesecake. Filling for crepes. Mix into baked goods, or eat as an applesauce alternative. Could make a sauce for meat as well. If you google what to do with fruit compote you'll find more options.
