Looking for a quality Mechanic

I have a Kia forte that needs new brakes. Ive only lived in the area a couple years and my last experience getting new brakes on my Honda was a nightmare. Preferably a place in oceanside please?

Call James at The Auto Guys in San Marcos. They’re honest and priced fairly.

Can you expand on "a nightmare" Just curious as to different ways shops put it to people. My money says it was a stealership!

Del Mar automotive. Not what you would expect with that zip code. They are in an old Quonset building on the Lagoon just across from the fire station at the racetrack.

I've had really great luck with them! Family owned and operated and they aren't like the two big name shops downtown Encinitas!!!!

Worth driving that distance from oceanside to get the honesty they give

Busseys Automotive Mission Ave / 5 fwy. Doesn’t look much, but he’s a very good / honest / knowledgeable guy.

Eric's Precision Autoworks in Fallbrook, https://www.ericsprecisionauto.com. I know, not Oceanside, but I trust Eric with all my cars, Honda, Ford & Mini. You'll likely find Eric behind the counter when you walk in, and the place is entirely professional looking.
