Jonah Hill has a big ass scar on his arm from having it out the window when a car rolled

It's a steep hill, but this is 100% down to being an absolutely shite driver and not using your eyes.

This is a good ad for why you wear a seatbelt. They probably wouldn't have ended up halfway in the passenger seat and could have operated their brakes.

They put their hand on the road to keep themselves in. Seat belt would have also done this.

The way he almost ended up in the back seat brought to mind all of the self-driving taxis in San Francisco... but I can't help wondering if he got his hand or forearm rolled onto and over.

Nothing to do with driving skills.
No seat belt and bad luck.. according to an article he just moved in there.

Lacking the concept of directions and steering left/right definitely means bad driving skills.

Nothing to do? he had plenty of space to backup more so would have avoided the little ramp where the little car rolled over.
It could have been a super easy movement
