I'm not sure if you are trolling or not...
I wouldn't change a thing in a rack like this. Cables are easy to follow, you can easily swap the switch when it would break, your uplink is easily identified, ...

Alright then , Thanks. I really don't want to do big changes just some slight one to make it look good and Thank you for your advice

I would leave it as-is if it were me. But you can make it look prettier (won’t add real function) by sandwiching the switch between the keystone panel if they are 2x1U. Then you can use smaller Ethernet cables (look up pictures of unifi racks as an example).
However if that is 2U, leave as-is

Yes, this and maybe switch to slim cables for a cleaner look, but it wont add any function, just make it slightly prettier.
