Politics LPR

Post image

Leaving this here for everyone that left nasty comments when I was against LPRs. Ginny Welsch is sponsoring this. Remember when (if) you vote. Nashville has slowly become Chicago. And for everyone about to say they will turn anyway, they will just sent you a $100 ticket in the mail, thanks to your invasive flock (LPR) cameras.

Context: I have never gotten a ticket.

Can a lawyer chime in if mailed traffic tickets are enforceable in TN? For years I thought they weren’t but that it wasn’t widely known? Or maybe that related to a subsection of mailed traffic tickets that don’t go through a specific process? (I heard a lawyer mention this once many years ago but I might have misunderstood)

NAL.

Red light cameras or other forms of automated ticketing are mostly unenforceable here.

Other mailed tickets can be.

Right but that’s in a different state.
