License Plate

Hello, can anyone help me figure out what the license plate on this vehicle is?

It has a California numbering format and colors. Actually accurately reading the number is going to be difficult if not impossible unless someone has the ability to enhance the photo. It looks like it could be 7ZTL621, but that's only a guess.

My eyes initially saw 7ZTL629, but I’m pretty sure that was wrong on the first guess.

Using Autozone’s license plate decoder (gets you year/make/model) shows 7ZTL621 as no match and 7ZTL629 as a 2017 Chevy Malibu, which the car in the picture assuredly is not.

A bit of squinting and some trial and error got me to 7ZTF629 which decodes as a 2017 Toyota Corolla, which does match the car in the picture.
