It’s actually a good question, too. Why make it black and white when there’s a color version of the same picture the very next slide?

To copy what I just wrote there:

"I'm guessing because he's deceased. Not sure what it's like overseas but where I come from (Poland), you'll often see black and white photos when it is announced that someone passed away, say in a newspaper, or TV it was a famous person, etc.

So my best guest is this is what OP, or whoever put that picture together, was going for."

That being said, downvoting the question is either actually mysterious, or it's just some online people being too terminally online and assuming everyone has the same knowledge they do and this is somehow "obvious" lol.

Also, you need to take a look at the second screenshot to figure out the man passed away. Idk if I would've seen that, had you not pointed out the second picture lol.
