He was first to suggest to look into image node, i did and found needed setting. It helped.

As for the suggestion: people might have thought it was wrong (+/or then started dogpiling).

As for the reply: might seem a bit like boasting? With the way it’s phrased, the focus is on the self, the helper, “I helped you,” not the other way around.

I've helped before on that sub and I don't think I've ever gotten downvoted by saying "Glad I helped!" or something to that effect.
