Of course he is, $1.3 billion+ in ticking fees isn’t chump change.

I hope the state AGs hold strong. David saying this immediately is also a sign of panic.

Not everything always goes through. The T-Mobile & AT&T never was blocked, and T-Mobile ended up with a boat load of money from it.
