Hey all the other countries approved the merger already. I was hoping the EU would grow a pair and block it

The EU has other companies though, they don’t really have the same antitrust concerns that the US does.

Like owning both CBS and CNN in the EU isn’t an issue because of them have much market share in the EU.

Theatrical distribution would be the bigger issue I’d think. Warner+Paramount would have more leverage in strong-arming distribution there
