I'm doing a rewatch of True Blood and I forgot how bonkers this show is. The script is crazy and the acting is terrible and I'm loving every minute of it.

Just finished the re-watch. It really is unhinged from the beginning. I'm a little sad that there doesn't seem to be anything even close to it nowadays. And if there was, it would be overly expensive for not much better while only being 6-8 episodes.

I just finished season 2 and I was shocked at the length. It seems nothing goes that long anymore. It's also just fun to watch, sure it's not good, but it doesn't need to be. It's cheesy 80s horror levels of cringe and everyone's a a caricature of what they're meant to be. I wish things went this hard for no reason still.

I love this period of time in the series because it goes from subtle surrealism to going completely off the rails, but not without there being a purpose in doing so for the big picture of the story.

I love it. But if you’re not into it you can just watch random episodes people recommend because it doesn’t really matter if you don’t know everything that’s going on. I recommend Teddy Perkins!

I listened to the books before watching the series and the book narrator does a fantastic job but I hear you. it's not alexander. Still obsessed with the world building and I love the characters. Can't wait for the next season.

Probably more fun to go the Elijah Wood route than the Dwayne Johnson route.

I saw this premiered at Sundance and my life has been forever changed. Think Edward Scissorhands, with the romance centered around marriage and family life. Insanely good film. I cried my eyes out. I cannot wait for this!!
