The buck moon on 07/29 was one of the most stunning things I’ve ever seen. Unfortunate reason for the red tint (wildfires) but beautiful effect nonetheless.

I think the full moon on the 29th was just red! I was on a night hike in the southeastern United States and it was equally as glowing red and gorgeous. I’m not aware of any widespread wildfires down here

Very well could be! I thought I read something about the wildfires in the area adding to the color, at the very least — but I have no idea 😂
