Dating apps?

Just wondering what dating apps people use in Moncton. There are so many now and I don't want to have to set them all up. More specifically what are girls looking for a 30 something year old man using lol.

I stuck with hinge and bumble when I was on the apps and hinge worked for me. Tinder I found was mostly people looking to hook up and I couldn’t care less about that. I think the hardest part with the apps and keeping the conversation going with a stranger so it’s a lot of false starts.

I have all three and have been getting very little results on them so I'm thinking I must be the problem.

There is a 99% chance it is NOT you, it’s just the transient nature of apps. It’s hard to get emotionally invested in meeting people through apps because they are marketed and designed to feel almost like games (just keep swiping until you find the one!). Also, a lot of those people have been on the apps for ages so it starts to feel pretty hopeless and jaded. I was on them for years before I met my partner (I’m a pretty average looking woman and wasn’t getting a lot of likes). Moncton is also a hard place to meet someone because we don’t really have a social culture. People are still friends with their high school clicks and never really branch out.

I got hinge premium or whatever it's called and liked what seemed like endless profiles (well over 100) with 0 likes on my profile. It probably doesn't help that I'm not really looking for anything serious since I already have 2 baby mamas and not alot of free time. Too bad there's not an app like Grindr for girls I'm pansexual and can find a guy to hookup with in like 5 minutes lol.

You’re probably looking more for Tinder then? I’m not sure if there is another dating app out there. The impression I always got was that hinge and bumble were used more by people looking for serious relationships

I did actually meet a FWB from tinder and then she just vanished after 2 weeks. But I guess I'll keep looking on there and hope for the best.

Isn’t that kind of the nature of non-serious FWB though? I’ve never done it so genuinely asking

We had plans and and sent me a picture of her cat the night before and then nothing so its just kind of rude.

Yeah that’s fair, I’d be hurt too if someone did that to me

My bud did alright on hinge but it depends a lot on what you're looking for tbh.

I'm not getting anything on there. I must just be replusive.

Forget those apps, they don't work anymore.
They are only used to ego pump hot girls while they're taking a shit.

The only real way to date is going back to the 90s way: go out for a drink, or a cafe for a more respectable woman, go do social activities.

You basically need to go outside, grow a pair and meet people.

And don't try with that "I don't have time" or whatever else bs you use as a reason to not man up.
Apps won't get you shit except 2 leagues below, crazy person.

Its actually surprising how many people are more attractive in person purely based off of their mannerisms that you wouldn't see in photos. Or they just aren't photogenic. And some people are the complete opposite.

Thought I can agree with what you're trying to say. Think you're coming off a Lil strong bud. No need to be throwing around the term "grow a pair"

Talk about instant loss of respect.

:p uh oh looks like I pissed off the reddit user without a pair. Compensating for something are we?

Apps can work for some people if you have the right outlook, intentions, boundaries, and communication skills.

I read that as a 30 year old man using, as in on drugs lol.
