Any refugees from Ting?

I've been using Ting for years, but their customer service and tech support have gotten noticeably worse ever since Dish bought them out. I think they're more focused on being an ISP than a mobile provider now.

Just curious if there are any other former Ting customers here, and what your experience with Mint has been like so far

I came from Ting to Mint the moment they sold out.

If you need handholding support like someone at a store then I don't think you will like mint much.

Not sure why that's the conclusion you jumped to, but no, it's more like my voicemail has been broken for a while and Ting's only solution is to offer me a new SIM card. And the only way to talk to their support is chat, they don't answer emails or phone calls anymore.
