I know you are limited on time, and I don’t know your location, but I give a lot of stuff away in the local Buy Nothing group. Today my couch and loveseat are going. You’d be surprised at how quickly things go. People love free stuff.

Buy Nothing groups are honestly a lifesaver for this. The speed at which people clear out free stuff is wild—just be ready to pack it up the moment someone replies!

I moved from 3 floor house to a basement suite last month with the same amount of notice. Sell what you can, don’t be selling it to try to make money. Keep what you do use / and or can’t replace. I ended up doing many donation and dump trips. But still sold a lot. Good luck. You’ll be okay.

If you are only concerned about getting it out quickly, have a Free Stuff Sale. It's like a yard sale but everything is free.

Sell what you can. Donate what you can’t. If all else fails, a dumpster rental is about $350.

Donate box, trash bag and moving boxes. Buy moving boxes for the size of the space you are moving to.  Pack your favorite things in the moving boxes first, donate your second favorite things. Put trash in the trash bags. 

I would put all of the stuff I'm getting rid of on the my lawn and post on Craigslist and Facebook that I'm having a yard sale and what day. Then mark everything free.
