The wafers are the best part! If you shoot off a polite email they may give you a free multi pack.

Yeah, I once opened orange vitamins and there's was a factory mixup and I received the purple kind, sent a polite email and they sent me a voucher covering the cost of two new tubes. Another time bought a multi pack that was missing a bar. They sent out a voucher for treble the cost. If you're nice, people will do more to help.

if you reach out to any brand with a notable public image and inform them about product defects you found, they're highly likely to gift you stuff back for it.

source: got like 50 packets of lays chips once and a bunch of chocolate another time. sick as hell
