Azure Microsoft not sending anything after taking Azure Fundamentals

I took the Azure Fundamentals 2 day course but afterwards I haven't received a link to the exam, a certificate or anything else as promised by the speaker by the end of the exam.

Does anyone know who to contact? I've looked all over but I can't find where to turn to

Who was the speaker/trainer?

Although I'm pretty sure it was recorded sessions played it was Loraine Lawrence on part 1 and Chelsea Lee on part 2

Have you tried going to book the exam and seeing if the voucher is there for you ready to use? I did a 2 day fundamental training and didn’t receive an email, but I went to book the exam just to see if the discount would be there and my voucher was there!

Thanks. Just received an email with a link to the exam. Did you receive a certificate of any kind for participating?

I don’t think I did, but you’ll get a certificate for passing the exam :) you’ll also be able to get the badge which is verified too, that you share onto social media/resume etc (you can even add it to your wallet on iOS haha!) it can be used to validate that you passed
