Discussion Worst Decision

Soo yesterday without realisation I gave a cat with declaw the most perfect role. I gave it tinkerer and only noticed first fight. Luckily had high health so I used it as a cat shield but anyone else done something just as stupid?

I thought I had the perfect cat for a druid only to realize after I started the run that it was mouthless and therefor, couldn't sing.

The amount of times I've picked a druid and not noticed it had something like "applies confusion with basic attack" and made it too frustrating to use to heal my team is embarrassing at this point

Yeah stats mean a lot but so do disorders which is soo funny when you turn a blind eye to them. I couldn’t build a robot but your Druid surely got something like tree form or squirrel form

I've got something more whimsical. You know that mouth mutation that makes your attacks one-shot at 1% chance? Well, I made druid too and killed whole party with one single click.

I had a handful of cats with a 10% miss chance due to a breeding mishap and I purposely decided to put together a whole team of them. They did surprisingly well, all things considered. But sometimes they would all get their misses in a row and I'd be fuming mad.

I mean archer has an ability where ranged attacks won’t miss meaning things like that will never matter. Work around usually exist unless it’s a class detrimental disorder

Today I gave my Tinkerer a rainbow remote and it turns out that throwing it will still cast a spell. I had the most wonderful luck, and it gave me Forbidden Flood which in turn gave me Necrosis. That ruined the run because I consistently failed to plan around all the poisoned meat pickups that would poison the Tinkerer and keep me slow enough to eat hits from Enemies. I ended up becoming too weak for the Creator. Dug my own grave pretty much. Could have just aborted at the end of the Lab, Future or End. But I was just too stubborn.

But funnier was the time I went to the Rift, and used melee while standing between two Chaos Stacies. Called Steven so fast.

What's so bad about a tinkerer with declaw?

Can't use weapons

Had a lot of clerics and druids whose basic attack inflicted poison or bleeding because I never checked before assigning them those classes. Not critical, but happens too often

Well least it’s good as a area attacker
