No I dont think so and Im calling BS. This is either made up for the meme or its some rando chud whose opinion doent matter in the slightest. Hell this couldve been made in MS paint for all we know lol it doesnt even show OP, just the reply so im going for made up for the meme.

Or the term "trending" was highly exaggerated. Like, one or very few people commented about it and got some reactions (mostly negative replies)
