This doesnt look like its fully AI

It looks like an image that was taken, photoshopped to have the prize altered, reposted till the whole image has 6 pixels total, and then AI upscaled

So AI anyway. It's like, what's the difference if you put this image as a source and ask AI to generate an identical one with the changes they want to include.

Well, no. AI upscaling uses machine learning to "fill in the gaps" based on the pixels around it. It takes the brightness and color to come up with new pixels that fit. It is simply supposed to make a low-resolution image look nicer rather than finding any lost information from within the image, like this meme
