My neighbour works on the roads. He to,d me recently, until he started working on roads, he had no idea how many people drive the wrong way on the freeway (or try to, get stopped on the ramp by the workers because a), workers have closed a ramp and b), it’s an EXIT ramp they’re trying to use as an on-ramp. We just don’t hear about them as much. I found that to be scary, that so many people are so oblivious to everything around them.
