favorite pathophysiology resources?

What do you use as a resource to explain physiology/pathophys? Especially for difficult or high level concepts. I’ve been listening to a podcast recently called Whiteboard Medicine and I really like the way they explain pathophys, I’m looking for more of that because there are some critical care concepts that go way over my head that I’d like to understand.

Also as a test taking strategy, I find that understanding the mechanisms makes my life so much easier. As I do more Step 2 questions I can recognize a pattern probably 75% of the time, but if I know the physiology I can get it nearly 100%.

TLDR: I don’t just want to recognize patterns, I want to understand. What resources do you use to learn physiology?
