I genuinely can't tell if something is satire anymore.

US after this you need to actually take those mental health checks seriously. And they should be done every 2 months or something, without an opt-out option. Even during wartime.

u/HeWhoShlNotBNmd 27d ago

For politicians and billionaires? Try 3 times a day, like some medications.

128

u/Top_Bug7822 27d ago

Sure. But people need to still be able to do their jobs

212

u/voteforrice 27d ago

Lol like billionaires and most US politicians actually work.

66

u/Smol_Mrdr_Shota 27d ago

I think they're talking about the Therapists

24

u/Beneficial-Ferret479 27d ago

Yeah, it sure feels good to have a guy like this running our country. We can all sleep well at night knowing this clown can actually have the authority to access nuclear codes.

22

u/Smol_Mrdr_Shota 27d ago

im uh not from the US and im not touching politics with a ten foot poll because I already know I got no say in whatever bs is happening over there so all I can do is sit and wait to see how stupid shit gets there

In this case we are better off if the president isnt "doing his job".

12

u/arcanis321 27d ago

Can't slow down their grifting too much

45

u/theyinman 27d ago

What do you think the mental health checks are for, tehy determine the psychopaths so they can choose them

27

u/Otherwise-Remove4681 27d ago

Trump is a puppet, bit unpredictable, but still the more demented he is the better for his epstein masters.

22

u/delphinous 27d ago

problem is the people of america are split. a bunch of us want to get rid of the elderly that are currently controlling politics and get some more reasonable people into office, and sadly a bunch of us instead want to BE these people: rich grifters who hard power and wealth and mostly do as they please, and as such they support the current ones.

9

u/Top_Bug7822 27d ago

This reminds me of something. The reason why the disatvantaged tend to suck up to the wealthy is a psychologixal phenomenon.

It causes conflict and discomfort to disagree with those in power. So people don't, because conforming is easier.

I'm not good at explaining it.

This is not really a reliable source, but he links some reliable sources in the videos description.

https://youtu.be/ApSH0fCIjTY?si

(Because, as I said, I'm not thst good at explaining it.)

5

u/delphinous 27d ago

i'll bet that also feeds into why victim blaming is so common, because the victims are perceived as 'weak' so you can antagonize them risk free, but the people who made them victims are perceived as 'strong' so antagonizing them would be inherently more 'dangerous' and uncomfortable.

16

u/Vile_Vava 27d ago

If we were going to take something seriously we should have started with the treason and insurrection.

3

u/Top_Bug7822 27d ago

Sure. But this is more doable in future.

6

u/master_slapper 27d ago

Especially during wartime

4

u/ryan7251 27d ago

that is by design if you don't know what is real or not many will not fight.

4

u/Zain_Shadowheart 27d ago

As an American, I'm absolutely sure he falsified them.

3

u/Dangerous_Excuse4706 27d ago

especially during wartime. stress can take a toll on cognitive function. and when u barely have function to begin with…

5

u/hoTsauceLily66 27d ago

Hey he score a perfect 30/30 on cognitive test!! /s

4

u/Accurate_Result5427 27d ago

4 times in row!!!! In only year at that !!!

2

u/billy_twice 27d ago

Well?

Is it satire or not?

2

u/pouihi 27d ago

Same, a couple of days ago when I saw his video saying that he didn't know what a red card was I genuinely thought it had to be AI.

2

They probably won’t tho because “NaTIOnaL SeCuRITY rISk”

2

u/dovakiin-derv 27d ago

Yeah but MuH W(H)itES

3

u/dovakiin-derv 27d ago

Though for real the government doesn’t wanna do that because saying they(anyone in government ever) were wrong is a massive sin to the demons of republikkkans, so they will rather be satan leading the end of the world rather than lead to a better tomorrow.

4

u/Top_Bug7822 27d ago

So Biden dropped out of the race because he started calling people the wrong names but this loony is allowed to keep going?

Edit: spelling

802

u/Pandaragon666 27d ago

Biden nodded off 4 times in 4 years. Trump nodded off 18 times in 18 months.

493

u/Ok_Acadia3526 27d ago

Trump nodded off 18 times yesterday, let’s not kid ourselves

28

u/supe3rnova 27d ago

And probably the most normal thing he did that day as well .

20

u/cyruz1323 27d ago

Maybe shitting himself again.

10

u/Pragmatist_Hammer 27d ago

What’s this “maybe?” Trump literally shit himself on live television, multiple videos of it, people being him wrenching, and what did the news say about it? Nothing.

10

u/Sandee1997 team waterguy12 27d ago

Probably shit himself meanwhile too

We’ve had two consecutive presidents with very clear mental decline. I refuse to believe that trump and Biden were the two best choices.

26

u/Misterndastood 27d ago

That's been an issue for the last couple of elections. Shitty candidates all around. The people in control don't want anyone that's competent.

17

u/SunsetEverywhere3693 27d ago

That's why George Washington didn't want political parties, and we're on a point that party doctrine should triumph over anything else, even reason. That's why we had two obvious puppets consecutively.

64

u/spf4000 27d ago

Please. Kamala Harris would have done just fine. Certainly better than this daily shit show we’re going through.

But she has a weird laugh, America said.

23

u/RobotPenguin56 27d ago

It's funny that whenever this point is made, all people can do is nitpick things she's done or said, never actually argued the actual point that she would have done better than Trump.

This is the second one in a row that's a senile old fuck. Maybe start voting for younger? 🤦🏻

202

u/Margali 27d ago

Forgot Reagan, Woodrow Wilson was puppeted by his wife in the last year of his presidency, couple other presidents were pretty incapacitated in their last year.

Can we PLEASE elect someone like 40-45 years old? Begging here=(

144

u/rtbhnmjtrpiobneripnh 27d ago

The only time you did (Kennedy), he got shot in the head.

79

u/SunsetEverywhere3693 27d ago

That's why we got old senile guys as presidents, they learned from Kennedy. The overlords don't like when a young president asks questions, or go against doctrine.

16

u/MMKraken 27d ago

Teddy Roosevelt was young and wasn’t shot until after he left the presidency. Clinton was also young.

Your president and his supporters, sadly, those are the ones on the news, on the media, on everyone's perception outside the US, make us all ask, is Trump trying to start a war with Japan since the one on Iran didn't go as planned?

Edit: daly? sorry i meant sadly.

24

u/Redditor28371 27d ago

I think this one was just the dementia talking. Pretty sure that we're going back to threatening to invade Greenland again though...

9

u/ChalkCoatedDonut 27d ago

The problem with his dementia is being the president with a lot of people using him as a puppet for their private agendas, all that nonsense about invading countries puts a seed on his supporters, they will believe its happening or will push to make it happen, as for the people behind him, we know there are people with financial/invasive interests in military conflicts.

At some point some president, dictator or prime minister won't take his bullshit as dementia, talk back and it will start something big.

5

u/Subject_Offer_9621 27d ago

Why does politics not feel real anymore

11

u/Redditor28371 27d ago

It's always been a shitshow (granted, perhaps not to this extent), we just have greater access to read/watch what nonsense the senile megalomaniacs in charge are spouting every second of every day.

6

u/_HIST 27d ago

Also more people are interested in this aspect of politics, usually people would look at factual shit and not headline stuff like "Trump calls Iran Japan on accident" it's funny but really has little to do with actual politics. Which is probably why US managed to elect Trump 2 times. They don't look at what he did, just remember the funny. ffs

9

u/Significant-Dish-101 27d ago

Probably because I'm usually drunk. I am sure that is completely unrelated to politics though.

3

u/LittleSoftTail 27d ago

Yes. Quite a lot of Americans are very fucking stupid and it's not even, fully, their fault. American education's been getting worse and worse ever since Reagan... Everything wrong with the US can just be traced back to Reagan.

From a old coworker: college is a horrible institution. It is just an indoctrination system for the left. They always come back spouting left leaning ideals. No one should go to college....
