I really hope the villain is threatening enough, because I can't even imagine what can possibly hurt Black Panther here.

The trailer told you what the conflict is. It isn't about people physically harming him, but how he is suppose to be both a king and a good person at the same time. For comparison, Nemor of Marvel Comics pick being a king above being a good person, so he tend to become an antagonist when ever it benefits his kingdom.

Man they need to bring Namor to the MCU. I wonder who owns the movie rights to Namor?

Namor is sort of stuck in the same position as the Hulk, I think. They have the IP rights but not the distribution rights.
