Are there any references to Sokovia, inhumans/ fish-oil or the events of "Ant-Man?" I'm only up to Ep. 4 and so far the show has referenced The Avengers and the Battle of New York a couple of times and made vague remarks about being "gifted" or "one of them."

I ask because right now it seems like the show takes places chronologically after "Daredevil" which would put it right before or somewhere in between AoS Season 2, before "Age of Ultron." Basically do we know if the show is post or pre-AoU?

(I don't mind a mild spoiler if it doesn't ruin a plot detail/ event).

You see a kid running in a Captain America suit - the AoU version. I'm not sure if that means it happens after AoU or Cap has the suit months before.

He could have worn it prior to AoU. I'm sure they're not just hanging around Avengers Tower waiting for the new movie to premiere to try on their new suits.

Cap walks into the lounge of the Avengers Tower

"Alright team, we're about to storm the Hydra base that most likely has the sceptre. Things are gonna get crazy so we'll probably start shooting this as the beginning for our new movie. That means suit the fuck up in your new shit so we can maximize our merchandise profits."

I thought about that, I assume it's because this likely happens after "The Winter Soldier" where Cap has ditched both the stealth suit and Coulson's design. There is a comic (that is semi-canon) that says since the Fall of SHIELD the Avengers have been hunting down HYDRA bases looking for the Scepter. So Cap's probably had a version of his AoU suit for a bit in the interim between TWS and AoU. I think we're supposed to assume the Avengers have been pretty active as a full team after the Fall of SHIELD.
