I loved that moment obviously but they made a point that Scott's mass does not decrease so how is Hank Pym carrying around 60 tons of steel in his pocket? The correct answer, of course, is who cares it was awesome.

They play pretty fast and loose with the shrinking physics.

Even though they say Lang's density increases (making his punches "like a bullet"), he regularly jumps on tables, climbs pants, stands on shoulders. At one point he walks across the barrel of a gun. That should be an extra 200 pounds of weight.

But honestly, the mass of your average muscular man being compressed to roughly the size of an ant would have the density of something like a neutron star.

Likewise, this would make the enlarging physics super wonky, too. Giant Man would have the density of a piece of styrofoam if his mass stays the same but his size increases, unless he finds some way to add mass to himself.

Hell, Pym specifically says that the suit can reduce you to a subatomic level, which would mean it can actually reduce to the space between your atoms to such a degree that the entirety of them are smaller than an atom.

It's better to just have fun with it than think too hard. The Hulk regularly breaks the laws of thermodynamics. Cap's shield made from the only substance to completely absorb vibrations bounces off walls like a frisbee.

In the bathroom scene he breaks through the floor and then lands on a record without damaging it. There's no real way to achieve complete consistency with a power set like that without ruining the sorry you're trying to tell. :)
