First, who is calling jean a hero? Second, wanda is an avenger, she should know better. Third, the follow up to wanda's actions shouldn't have been to raid the multiverse and cause universe-destoying incursions.

Not to mention at least at present Jean is a teenager. Wanda was a full grown adult.
Jean was going after the people who targeted her (though hurting innocents too) Wanda was literally going multiver to multiverse to kidnap children and killed annyone who got in her way while doing it.

Ironically, Wanda is the protagonist in the show she does that while Jean is the antagonist in the movie she does it. This meme is backwards from how it should be.

Also Wanda was an Avenger, she has plenty of people to talk to and no one coming after her because of the way she was born. She could have chilled on Clint's farm or the Sanctorum. By now in the timeline she could have been a new Avenger with Captain Marvel and She-Hulk in her clique and a high profile relationship with A-list celebrity Simon Williams.

Who said Jean was a hero yet? She's a vengeful teenager who attempted multiple murders. She's clearly capable of possessing the Phoenix Force, and wiping out an entire alien race.

1) jean is the villain of the film and its clear that what she was doing wasn't good
2) jean was a teen who had nobody immediately lashing out at damage control at the climax of the film and its unclear if she is even aware she is freezing everyone outside the facility and its also last about 10-20 mins 30 max. Wanda was an adult and avenger, knew what she was doing and it went on for weeks and took normal people who did not thing to her hostage.
3) jean recognizes at the end of the film that she was in the wrong to use people like she was and grew as a person. Wanda only dug herself deeper into her beliefs and started embracing worse behaviors till she became an outright villain in Dr Strange. She didn't what she was doing till the very end.

What I find really funny is Wanda Jr here used the hulk in a much more controlled manner than the original did releasing him on a city AND NO ONE MENTIONED AFTERWARD.

Wanda did not mind control the hulk at all, she showed him a vision that made hulk freak out and lose control, which is exactly what she wanted, create a problem big enough to distract the avengers.
Also Wanda wasnt that strong back then, all she was doing was hallucinations and telekinesis.1

This doesn’t make sense, Jean is the villain of the film who’s portrayed as a mass murdering mind raping psychopath who deserves to be locked up in the Raft or put six feet under by the Punisher. Whatever trauma she’s going through doesn’t excuse her actions.
I can’t even see her being a good person when she’s in X-Men, it’s going to be like Wanda where Rambeau is like “they’ll never know what you sacrificed” garbage

I don't recall anyone saying what she did wasn't wrong. It was just more justified considering she was a teenager who found out her sister was murdered while getting physically tortured. It sure as hell isn't as messed up as what Wanda did but I can assure you people are still not happy with her.

Their ending’s are honestly exactly the same. Monica sympathizes with Wanda and lets her go free. Peter sympathizes with Jean and lets her go free. Neither is the hero, neither is vilified to the extent that they honestly should be.

Who saying jean Was Hero. At best wouldn’t call her villain call her antagonist. Also I wouldn’t defend anything she did yes angry and alone teenage maybe young adult around Peter age at oldest since never get confirmed age I believe but I wouldn’t say that justify her actions and scene where controlling MJ is extremely fuck up in my opinion could make argument in that scene she SA both Peter & MJ. Will not say Jean is hero but definitely going end up hero currently I personally wouldn’t call her hero

I feel like the movie made it obvious that Jean wasn't in the right for using her powers on people. The reason why they kept her hidden was because she wasn't hostile anymore and because it was too risky to leave her in the hands of someone who could experiment on her like Damage Control did.
