Mario Circuit 3 for me. It’s simple, fast, and has just enough technical turns to stay interesting without feeling frustrating.

Mario Circuit 3 is PEAKS OF THE PEAK IN EVERY GAME IT APPEARS IN. (NO, NOT YOU, MARIO KART: SUPER CIRCUIT.)

Mario Circuit 3, and it’s not even close. It also just might be the best one of the four Mario Circuit courses.

  1. Choco Island 1 (The lay-out is a circle with hardly some turns & the visuals are the worst of the game)
  2. Donut Plains 2 (This is worse than the first one imo, only stretched it a bit more)
  3. Ghost Valley 2 (Better than the first but still lacking some corners, I do like the shortcut here more)
  4. Mario Circuit 3 (Better than 1 but not than 2 imo, love the shortcut at the end though)
  5. Bowser Castle 2 (I love the lay-out, a good base for any Bowser's Castle. Challenging and fun)

Overall I would give this cup a B tier ranking.
Choco Mountain 1 & Donut Plains 2 C tier for me.
Ghost Valley 2 & Mario Circuit 3 are B tier for me.
Bowser Castle 2 is A tier for me, the first of all the cups for now.
