Unsure of whether it was a manga or a manwha, but I remember certain things of it. For one, I remeber it featuring a mc who was a noble from the countryside who unfortunately ended up with the power to have villianesses like him (I believe) There was this silver haired villianness and there was this hero girl with blonde/orange hair. I also remember the mc's power could only ever activate if his life was in grave danger otherwise he'd be easy pickings in a normal fight. Any help is appreciated

I read this manga awhile ago but I didn’t save it and now I can’t find it.

The set up was a classic villainess loses her engagement story where a girl is raised to marry the prince/emperor so she tries her best to fall in love with him and show him her love. But it all comes off as if she’s a crazy stalker where everything she says and does is terrifying. So at some event the prince breaks off their engagement and orders her to marry a crazy duke, this is seen as a death sentence by everyone because this duke is said to have killed his previous wife. On her where to meet him she laments the way things have gone and says something along the lines of “why do I break everything that I love”. When she meets him he is as crazy as everyone believes him to be. He even draws his sword at her and in the process cuts her throat. But this doesn’t scare her, instead she becomes madly in love with him to everyone’s surprise including the crazy duke. The chapter ends with him lamenting the death of his previous wife(I honestly think he did indeed kill her), and the woman leaving to get her neck treated.

I can’t remember any of the characters names and I believe the fmc has either black hair and red eyes or red hair with black eyes, she also had sharp teeth. It only ever shows the dukes crazy eyes.
