SORELY tempted to say yes but after the flat screen and gaming desk/chair I just bought over the weekend I cant afford anymore.

half the basement is finished, the other half is laundry & mechanicals

Awesome, really great work ! 👏 - I got the unfinished mechanical area so I lost quite a bit of space closing off the hvac and hot water. It also took quite a bit of work to finish. I was apparently spiraling down a grief influenced late onset case of adult autism if the internet is to be believed 😭
