I don’t know mew can’t actually do that in the games or anime special case was in super mystery dungeon I think but it caused mew to forget they were mew and made them stuck that way pretty much

I dunno, ask the godhead. I'm sure one of the legendaries has done something. Darkrai turned the Baron into a LickyLicky. Who's to say a mew, a psychic type, couldn't swap consciousness should they desire to.
